Animal Feed Raw Materials (Cakes/Meals)
Our feed portfolio balances energy, fibre, and protein for monogastric, ruminant, and specialty programs, with consistent lots sourced across multiple origins. Acceptance criteria are contract-defined and COA-verified for every lot, supported by batch-level traceability from intake to dispatch. Year-round supply is programmed via coastal and inland depots with multimodal logistics (bulk, container, road) under flexible Incoterms aligned to formulation windows. Handling standards protect integrity—clean, dry, aerated storage, condition monitoring, and residue-compliant treatments where required—matched to destination rules and risk screens, including relevant anti-nutritional factors. We offer powder or pelleted forms and align particle specifications, packing (bulk, big-bag, industry sacks), palletisation and labelling to each site’s intake and audit needs. Documentation covers COA, full traceability and origin statements, plus compliance certificates on request for buyer or authority audits. Integrated scheduling and call-off management reduce dwell, demurrage and handling loss, while forward coverage and optional price-risk tools stabilise cost over the season. Quality control includes appropriate proximate analysis and safety checks per material and market, with supplier performance reviewed periodically. Sustainability is built-in by valorising co-products (e.g., bran, DDGS, beet pulp) and planning efficient routes and consolidations to lower emissions and waste.

Categories & Roles
• Energy: Wheat (Feed grade), Corn, Millet, Wheat flour (feed grade).
• Fibre: Wheat Bran (Powder/Pelleted), Sugar Beet Pulp—palatable, digestible fibre.
• Protein: Soybean Meal, Sunflower Meal, Rapeseed meal, Cottonseed Meal; Sheanut Cake and Guar Korma.

Quality, Nutrition & Safety
A COA is provided for each lot; anti‑nutritional factors are managed; destination regulations are observed. Pelleted options improve handling and inclusion rates where required.
Storage & Treatment
Aerated storage with temperature monitoring; supervised treatments, where permitted, to maintain integrity and meet residue rules.
Logistics & Delivery
Multimodal flows from coastal and inland depots (bulk/container/road). Urgent replenishments can be prioritised; delivery terms to client preference.
Sustainability
Valorising co‑products such as bran, DDGS and pulp reduces waste and total feed cost while supporting circular agriculture.
